NITA’s Shellshock tamper proof , clamshell labeler –break records.
Montreal Qc, Canada., June 18th, 2010 / / A dedicated clamshell labeling machine that is directly aimed at the clamshell users. Servo driven labelling head synchronized with an AC motor driven stainless steel conveyor with split belts.
Since its launch in December 2010, Nita has sold this tamper evident labeling machine 105 times. The Shellshock clamshell labeling system is configurable to handle container sizes as small as 4 inches wide as a large as 15 .5 inches in width. Handling top application of the clamshell or a perfect “C-shaped” seal around the top, front and bottom of the clamshell is reason the shellshock was created.
Up to 65 products per minute through put based on a 9 inch long label, the entire system is extremely user friendly with its touch screen interface, you’ll never have to move the Gap or product sensors again to make set ups!
Scalable set-up recipes for all your containers that can be recalled changed and saved any time. Need to make a back up of your recipes ? No problem the USB port allows you to store them onto a USB key.
No proprietary electronics, all North American content. Stainless steel and anodized aluminum construction, very versatile.

Hats off to our customers !!!
EAST PACK 2010 New York has been a tremendous success for NITA Labeling Equipment over the last weekend (June 8-10).
Many applications were observed on site with end users flocking to the Nita booth with their samples and questions in hand.
Existing customers came to visit Nita as well and expressed their ravishment about finally having made the right decision with their labeling machine purchases.
In fact it was like a mob or preachers, telling their stories of how they purchased other brands in the past and have had many issues or difficulties in working the machines.
It was great to see that our end users took the time out of their schedules to meet with our potential customers to explain to them what the benefits were from their point of view.
Proving once again that NITA listens to what customer’s want and aims to please with its Simply Easy labeling machines!
From Bora Bora Fruit Juices, to Michel’s Bakery, many came by simply to say hello and help us connect with future customers…. Cuddos to Michel and John for helping out, it was not necessary but VERY appreciated.

How does it work:
The event is held (privately) on the show floor itself at Nita’s booth #3309 during show hours.(Javitz Convention Center in New York City, NY).
It is an INVITATION ONLY seminar
This means that you need to be added onto the schedule for a meeting which will last approximately 25-30 minutes per company.
