swing tamp w/ elevated conveyor - typical applications

Labeling variable data on pressure sensitive labels requiring addressing, nutritional values, ingredients or bar coding, lot numbers, production shift identification or "ship to" addresses on any cases, boxes & or totes.

Perfect for secondary packaging cases or boxes labeling when variable data or bar codes are required.

Conveyor belts can be made of delrin, UHMW, acetal or rubber for optimum reliability.

The STA-616FSDTS Front & Side case print & apply labeling SYSTEM with dedicated conveyors having several type of belts, widths and elevation options. Nita combines its STA-616 print & apply device with a specific conveyor built-in where all controls are part of one system. This Dual-Tamp applicator system retains the label in position prior to precisely and repeatedly applying labels onto the front of boxes, feeding the next label and applying this label to the side of the box. .

A precision guided, high grade pneumatic SMC cylinder, with Nita's tamp pad applies up to 40 labels per minute (based on a 2 x 2 label). Print engine compatibility with Sato, Zebra and Datamax engines allows the flexibility to printing labels ranging from a ½ inch width, all the way to a 5.25 inches label width and in some cases up to 6.5 inches width. The pressure sensitive label gets its variable data thermally printed through the information provided from your label view software off your PC or Mac. Printing resolutions vary from 203 dpi up to 600 dpi.

The systems are built with the end users requirements & automatically come with complete set- up rulers for all adjustments & product sensor.
